It is based on practical experience of delivering large scale projects on time and in budget in the Middle East.

2. Design-2-Fit - Minimize time on site and work in the field by designing and building the system components to fit precisely where they will be used

3. Design-2-Fit - Ensure an end-to-end planning and implementation process from the initial design to the final installation with no gaps
